Your QR code points to a dead web site. Brilliant.

Really? For me it points to a Market link taking you to Searchify.

Oh, if you haven’t got Android 1.6 though, you won’t be able to see Searchify in the Market, so that could explain it.

It seems that sarchify isn’t available on market for some countries (Poland).

Searchify should be available in all countries. You need Android 1.6 or higher to see it in the market though. If you’ve got 1.6 but still can’t see Searchify, let me know. Thanks.

Hi ! Excellent and great app! Thank you very much indeed!

I usually use Yubnub and add this url : http://yubnub.org/parser/parse?command=% and use “and” as a keyword. When i run the command it take me to the Yubnub page with the command post in the search box, but doesn’t run automatically, so I have to press enter to run it.

My question is : Is it possible that rather than stagnate in the page for YubNub command run automatically?

Thanks in advance. I’ll await your response

Hi LK5. I’m not very familiar with YubNub, but the url you mention looks like it’s missing an “s” at the end – it should be http://yubnub.org/parser/parse?command=%s

I’ve tried it with the correct url and it works fine for me.

Hi John. Thanks for the feedback. I’ve had a couple of reports of it doing that, but I haven’t seen it myself. Can you please tell me: 1) what region/timezone are you in? 2) Does this happen for all events, or is it just All Day events, or events with certain times?

I am running android 2.1 and cannot fin Searchify in the market. I have tried queries such as “searchify”, “quick search”, “search”. I scrolled all the way down the list after each query and have not found it. Is there anywhere that I can download the apk file to put on my phone? I am very interested in trying this app, but cannot download it anywhere.

Very nice. Thank you. I was surprised that there was no inherent calendar search. Your program fills the bill and more.

    Hi,
    Great app
I am having the same problem that John reported. The calendar search for custom recurring events is a day off. I am in NJ. Seems to happen with day events, weekly events and montly events. I have a droid… version 2.1

Thanks for the reports of that calendar search problem. I’ve found the cause, and am about to release a new version (1.1.2) that should fix the issue.

Hi Steve. The best way to find it is to go to the Android Market and search for “Searchify”.

Please help me use Searchify to search for a calendar event on my Droid 2 calendar. If on my home screen I start typing “cal colors” or “calendar colors,” for example, I get as results web sites that talk about changing colors on a Google calendar instead of an event that I have in my calendar that has to do with our flag. When I tap the Google “g” symbol at the top of the search box, I do see Searchify there.

Great work with this app. All my appointments are biweekly and I would love to have an every two weeks option. Please if its not too much to ask.
