A few changes in this version:

• a new pop-up calendar picker, available from the action bar (or the menu on pre-Android 4.0 devices) - this replaces the old ‘select calendars’ settings page
• landscape cells are squarer so you can see more weeks on the screen
• week numbers changed to meet ISO-8601:1988 standard
• the help screen’s now nicer looking
